Service line 02

Mail-order pharmacy for workers’ compensation.

Medication delivered to the injured patient at home, next day, at no cost to them, billed on the state fee schedule. Nothing is stocked in your office and you prescribe exactly as you do today.

How it works

You prescribe. Everything else is handled.

The program runs alongside your existing workflow. Nothing is stocked in your office and nothing changes about how you write a prescription.

1

You prescribe as you do today

Same clinical judgment, same medications. Nothing about your prescribing changes.

2

We handle the intake

Claim information, carrier details and patient contact are collected and verified on our side.

3

Delivered next day

The pharmacy overnights the medication to the patient at home, at no cost to the patient.

4

Billing and collections handled

Billed on the state fee schedule. Billing and collections are managed on behalf of the practice.

What it changes

Nothing in your office. Everything for the patient.

The point of a mail-order program is that the practice takes on none of the operational weight and the injured patient stops paying out of pocket or going without.

Nothing stocked. No inventory, no shelf space, no expiring product, no dispensing staff.
No cost to the patient. The injured worker receives one hundred percent of their medication at no cost to them.
Next-day delivery. Medication arrives at the patient’s home rather than at a pharmacy counter they have to reach.
No prior authorizations. While the claim is open, the patient is not caught in a prior authorization queue.
Fee schedule billing. Billed on the state workers’ compensation fee schedule.
Your prescribing is unchanged. You are not asked to prescribe differently, or to prescribe anything in particular.

Ask how the program would fit your practice.

We will walk you through how it works, what it asks of your staff, and whether it makes sense for your patient population.
