Referral management and medical coordination.

The core of what we do. Attorneys send a client once. Providers receive a patient whose claim is already verified. We stay on the case in between, so neither side has to chase the other.

How a referral moves

Send it once. We take it from there.

One email starts it. Every step after that happens on our side, and both the firm and the practice are told where things stand without having to ask.

1

Email the referral

Any format. A forwarded intake, a name and a phone number, or a full packet. There is no portal and no form to learn.

2

Claim verified

Carrier, adjuster, claim number and NCP confirmed before anything is placed, so a referral does not come back.

3

Matched and placed

Matched to a practice by specialty, geography and claim status, with a provider who has already accepted the claim.

4

Introductions made

Both sides receive full contact information and the appointment. Nobody is left guessing who to call.

5

Ongoing coordination

Records requests, carrier relays, ancillary needs and status updates continue through the same address for the life of the case.

How it works

Simple on your end. Coordinated on ours.

Providers are our clients, and attorneys refer into the same desk. We handle the placements, follow-ups, status pings and paperwork that nobody on either side wants to chase.

For Attorneys

Send a client once. MDconcierge matches, places and coordinates, with one-click action buttons on every email so you can request anything in seconds.

A provider sees the claim before they see the patient.

Claim status, carrier, claim number and body parts arrive up front. Patient contact stays locked until the provider accepts, so nobody is chasing a case they were never going to take.
